How Do I Place An Order?

It's easy if there is something that you see that you like simply add it to the basket and let the website guide you through the purchase process.

Payment and Shipping

Currently when you go through the purchase process you can pay by Card Methods and see which option is easier for yourself. It's easy and secure and I may retain some personal payment information for this for the purposes of transactions and sending the products to the address(es) required.

Shipping is usually a Flat Rate, I offer Royal Mail First Class Parcel Post, Second Class Parcel Post, First Class Signed for and Second Class Signed for please indicate which option you would prefer when purchasing your item. If you have any. queries and would like further clarification about shipping before purchasing your item please get in contact using the Contact Page on this website.

If you have any queries about postage or wish to change it once the purchase process has gone through already. Please email me at ronniebydesign@yahoo.com and I can refund any overpayment through the method with which you paid, there maybe a small surcharge as using a card for payment usually costs a fee in the first place when the order is submitted. I can give details on request.

Secure Ordering & Payment Options

I use Paypal for payment options currently it's easy and secure and as many people use it for other internet web ordering it's quite straightforward to use as long as you have an email address you can set up a Paypal account it's really easy.

Returns & Refunds

If your purchased item is faulty when it arrives please email me as soon as possible with photographic evidence if it was during shipping then I would need to claim from the postage or shipping company and it would be helpful for putting a case to them to get any compensation due and I will try to rectify it as soon as possible and you can return the item to me. I will offer a 28 day money back if you are unhappy with your purchase. If you would like a replacement item please let me know within that time scale.

Most items are handmade and are little unique bespoke made pieces. So you will have something special if you ask for it to be personalised. These are non-returnable as the re-saleability is very low.

I will not pass on your details to any third parties.
